  • Lead the creation of Annual Business Plan and long-range At Home strategies, translating them into integrated 360 Integrated Activation (360IA) execution roadmaps that span portfolio, RGM, media, omnichannel activation, digital shelf, and in-store execution.
  • Lead high impact strategic initiatives, including 360 integrated activation, category development, omni-channel execution, digital shelf, and data driven customer planning tailored to Grocery, Discounters, and key customers.
  • Act as the senior system orchestrator, aligning GM, Marketing, RGM, Finance, Digital, bottler, and key retailers behind a unified At Home growth.
  • Lead commercial execution excellence for the At Home business in the market, shifting execution to predictive, insight led, and value driven approaches that grow availability, basket incidence, and cooler performance.
  • Embed RGM, financial modelling, and scenario planning into At Home decisions to optimize price pack architecture, promo intensity, and margin.
  • Own system At Home channel performance, jointly setting and monitoring KPIs and leading mitigation and acceleration initiatives to deliver Business Plan volume, revenue, and share targets.
  • Govern At Home performance routines to ensure they are insight driven, future focused, and action oriented, rather than reporting-led.
