Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own the development of global social media principles and strategies including application principles according to brand vision and mission, platforms blueprint and “game rules”, corporate-to-property process design, metrics that matter etc, to ensure social media is meaningfully integrated across paid, owned, earned efforts, and consistent in tone-of-voice and purpose of usage.
  • Oversee channels including Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, wechat, Little Red Book. Develop playbooks for properties to be centrally aligned with the global strategy, focused on growth, engagement and alignment with Rosewood’s mission and value position.
  • Assess risk and opportunities, determine clear decision-trees on social media platforms expansion to ensure we grow responsibly according to organisational needs and target audience presence.
  • Build meaningful measurement framework across platforms that serves the global strategy and optimises performance. Own the social analytics process, and be closely informed by analytics to share actionable insights.
  • Work across marketing, communications, digital, media, and key global stakeholders to qualitatively grow Rosewood’s social community and customer base as we expand our global collections.
  • Oversee strategy, creation, and distribution of social media content. This includes management of global social calendar and planning to ensure coverage across property to global moments, key campaigns, global festivities, brand opportunities etc.
  • Collaborate with agencies, publishers, platforms and other partners to effectively build, execute and measure social media platform initiatives that connect with customers, maximise engagement, and creative sharing and advocacy.
  • Work closely with Brand Services to determine content strategies across platforms, and test and learn initiatives across content forms that most effectively achieves our desired reach and engagement.
  • Formulate and implement best practices, develop tools and mechanisms that provide opportunities to engage audiences, leverage the changing benefits of individual social media platforms, integrate community growth to benefit overall marketing activities.
  • Be a positive mentor and colleague to direct and indirect teams to continuously improve the brand team across talent development, lean operations, efficient processes, and drive with a positive mindset.
  • Lead clear communications flow with internal stakeholders across corporate, region and properties with deep insights, sound judgement, industry know-how and a global view.
  • Investigate new social technology and trends, and pursue new ways to reach key audiences.
  • Oversee brands across Rosewood Hotel Group including Rosewood, The Carlyle, New World Hotels & Resorts, Asaya, Butterfly Patisserie.
