Responsibilities

  • Assist member hotels in improving their performance across all channels
  • Conduct system trainings for new and existing member hotels on all aspects related to the central reservation system, interfaces or booking engines
  • Exercise operational tasks and updates with our member hotels or internal stakeholders
  • Manage and monitor the different distribution channels connected to the CRS (Central Reservation System)
  • Load rates in the various systems and support the hotels in rate strategy
  • Support distribution-related projects
  • Provide general departmental support
