Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse sales team
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring effective communication and cooperation between sales, marketing, and medical teams.
  • Ensures performance expectations and development goals are clearly understood by all team members, regularly monitors results and goals achievement, participates in SR performance evaluation /Performance Management and Career Planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Leads, manages and develops the professional skills of SR /Coaching SR
  • Is responsible for implementation marketing strategy and achievement of business plans, communicates with other functions and provides information about situation on the local market /National Leadership
  • Is responsible for efficient allocation of financial and non-financial resources
  • Represents and is expected to behave in alignment with our company values, policies and standards, and ensures understanding of and compliance with Red Book a Good Promotional Practice within the team
