Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of key strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that impact our Talent Acquisition.
  • You will work with the team and the leadership to implement effective measures that ensure inclusivity and variety of talent pools, also aligning with the business DEI priorities and working on building the necessary awareness around DEI in Talent Acquisition processes.
  • You will be mainly accountable for:
  • DEI Strategy Implementation: Designing and supporting a DEI strategy to attract and hire a diverse workforce, with clear goals and success measures.
  • Inclusive Hiring Practices: Collaborating with various teams to ensure inclusive hiring, removing bias with the help of external partners and technology.
  • Expert Guidance: Provides expertise to recruiting teams and hiring managers, ensuring diverse hiring practices are integrated throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Community Building and Training: Partners with internal and external groups to promote DEI, monitors market trends, and develops DEI training for the Talent Acquisition community and hiring managers.
