Responsibilities

  • - Lead the Divisional Service Improvement and Efficiency team to coordinate the divisional approach to service improvement projects.
  • - Provide operational support and direction to the Divisional Team on matters relating to service improvement.
  • - Deliver service improvement and transformation projects in the Division.
  • - Hold a cross-cutting, trust-wide role leading a Transformation/ Productivity Board.
  • - Support the Divisional Team on work streams requiring project management skills and support.
  • - Work within the Trust’s Improvement Programme, including Getting it Right First Time (GIRFT), Quality Impact Assessment of the Cost Improvement Programme, Quality Improvement Projects, and Deep Dive Programme.
