Responsibilities

  • As a RAN Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and expanding our wireless network infrastructure.
  • You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining radio access networks to ensure optimal performance, coverage, and capacity.
  • Conduct network capacity planning and forecasting to ensure adequate resources are available to meet future demand.
  • Conduct radio frequency (RF) planning and propagation modeling to determine optimal cell site locations and antenna configurations.
  • Analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize network parameters.
  • Design and implement network expansion plans to meet increasing demand and improve coverage.
  • Coordinate with network operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
