Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global strategies to grow the volume, impact and specificity of the content produced by our Education Creators.
  • Lead the US and Australian Education Creator communities, building a sense of belonging and purpose.
  • Collaborate with our education and creators teams to create enablement content and systems that help Creators improve both design and pedagogical skills.
  • Support international Community Managers by creating toolkits, workshop assets, and ready‑to‑run initiatives.
  • Create and own a global content briefing and events calendar that motivates and inspires our Education Creators.
  • Oversee the Creator experience from acquisition to long‑term retention, ensuring creators feel supported and successful.
  • Gather feedback, insights, and data from Creators to inform program decisions and identify opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with Creators, offering guidance, support, and actionable feedback.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with the Learning Experience team, content, review, marketing, and product to meet shared goals.
