  • 4+ years of employee relations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of human resources practices, policies, and employment law
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
  • Experience using a case management system
  • Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Knowledge and understanding of human resources analytics and reporting
  • Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage virtual or remote teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a high performing team, and assist in the resolution of escalated employee relations matters
  • Ensure team maintains compliance with internal controls, SLAs, and monitor reporting as well as established role specific training requirements
  • Responsible for making recommendations and improving current Employee Relations or Human Resources practices and policies across the Wells Fargo Enterprise
  • Enhance the Employee Relations model through effective consultation and review of data to support business decisions, internal training, and talent assessment
  • Collaborate and consult with Employee Relations peers, colleagues, and all levels of management
  • Collaborate with key partners and recommend enhancements to the development and design of policies and procedures
