Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage sales pipeline: Develop a compelling sales pitch and create 1-3 new opportunities weekly with a minimum ARR of USD 30k (WRR USD 500).
  • Participate in tenders: Engage in tender processes for Uber Health solutions, targeting private practices, medical groups, and insurance companies with a targeted ARR of up to USD1m+.
  • Identify key prospects: Pinpoint target customers, address challenges, and identify preconditions for a successful launch, while monitoring competitors within the healthcare sector.
  • Support onboarding and implementation: Assist with the onboarding process and provide light implementation support to ensure a smooth program launch for Uber Health clients.
  • Focus on retention and satisfaction: Prioritise long-term customer retention by ensuring seamless Uber Health usage, building strong relationships with stakeholders, gathering feedback, and continuously improving service delivery.
  • Refine sales strategies: Adapt sales approaches based on evolving market trends and customer needs within the healthcare sector.
  • Conduct market research: Perform in-depth market research to better understand the health segment and identify growth opportunities.
