  • Experience as a quota carrying technology field sales individual, or business development professional
  • Experience co-ordinating multiple members of the sales team dedicated to a particular account, such as Inside Sales, Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers etc.
  • Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects to Enterprise Customers
  • A technical or educational background in engineering, computer science
  • Experience selling cloud solutions
  • Cross functional selling experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISV)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a territory of less than 20 Enterprise accounts.
  • Engage with CxO in top enterprises in Iberia to build strong relations and become an advisor in their digital transformation.
  • Organize the extended team, prioritizing the workloads to cover customer needs.
  • Engage with partners and setup go2market strategies with them.
  • Cover the sales goals defined for the role.
  • A day in the life A traditional Enterprise Engaged Account Manager day is full of challenges meeting customer needs, from traditional DataCenter exit projects to Advanced Analytics, GenAI discussions and customer business challenges' solving.
  • To do so, you will engage with the extended team including industry experts, solution architects, demand generation, marketing and partner management, having the responsibility to define the go2market strategy within your territory.
  • This will include weekly meetings with them and multiple customer visits to customer's office.
  • Reporting is part of our job but minimized and always business oriented to serve as a knowledge base.
  • Expect less than 1-2h per week.
