Responsibilities

  • Build Senior Level Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key senior decision-makers at assigned client firms. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges and needs, and to serve as a key leverage point for identifying areas of opportunities for cross-selling SS&C offerings
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth 3% above the current trend by expanding product adoption and increasing wallet share with overall revenue targets above $10MM depending on assigned clients and book of business
  • Centralize Communication Channel: Act as the single point of contact with key decision makers to present a unified SS&C message.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Partner closely with internal teams including sales, account/relationship management teams, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client experience.
  • Strategic Leverage: Serve as a key leverage point for SS&C Business Units establishment and strengthening of engagement key decision makers in areas of potential expansion
  • Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans that align SS&C’s capabilities with client needs for adoption of SS&C’s offerings across all Business Units.
  • Organizational Chart Oversight: Responsible for maintaining and continuously updating a comprehensive organizational chart of key stakeholders within client firms to identify coverage gaps and facilitate effective navigation and engagement across critical touchpoints.
  • Value Delivery: Strategically position our products and services to address client needs and deliver maximum value partnering with the subject matter experts from each business unit.
  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape within focus client segment to inform strategic decision-making and product prioritization.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics including revenue growth, wallet share, client satisfaction, and development of pipeline opportunities.
