Responsibilities

  • Manage heavy phones, calendar, and contacts for executives
  • Manage expenses and coordinate travel
  • Interface with creative executives, agents, producers, production companies, and talent on a regular basis, always ensuring professionalism and great customer service
  • Track internal documents
  • Track multiple productions and corresponding calendars
  • Arrange new series kick-off meetings and returning series distributions
  • Track indemnity and insurance and production payments
  • Complete other creative and administrative duties as assigned
  • Experience creating and proofing project-based decks and presentations across Formats, Lifestyle and Documentary content.
