Competencies Required
Required qualifications, skills and knowledge:
Undergraduate / graduate degree in Economics, Finance or Mathematics;
Have good communication and presentation skills;
Be a quick learner able with logical reasoning and information processing ability
Technical Competencies required:
Have thorough knowledge and understanding of macroeconomics and financial markets
Have experience in assessing macro-economic data and using it to prepare report and presentations;
Be skilled with a variety of data modeling techniques and should be able to prepare reports;
Be a strong communicator, able to succinctly present data and information to brokers, investors, and advisors in both verbal and written formats in English;
Be a team player, highly committed and self-motivated with a professional outlook

Responsibilities

The main activities will be the following:
Researching the markets and analysing the macro-economic environment;
Preparing reports and commentary
Proactively participate in the team meetings;
Be in frequent dialogue with the investment and trading team;
Other ad hoc activities
