Responsibilities

  • Manage executives’ schedules, maintain calendars, arrange travel and accommodation, prepare expense statements, and perform other various administrative duties
  • Coordinate activities, events, resources, meetings, services and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Support administration, compose presentations, draft reports and assist with key documents, such as business plans
  • Manage external relationships and service providers
  • Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive information
  • Work in our New York City office and maintain an in-office presence
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and use sound judgment to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
