  • Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations, including phone coverage, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, and taking and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Prepare communications, reports, presentations, and other assigned documentation.
  • Ensure all logistical support is coordinated for meetings and events.
  • Administer team-specific programs, projects, or processes, and maintain spreadsheets or databases to monitor departmental information.
  • Conduct research on special topics as assigned.
  • Act as an administrative liaison within and outside the company.
  • Manage expense reporting in accordance with the company's Travel and Entertainment policy.
  • Plan and coordinate events, both on and off-site, involving internal and external participants. This includes coordinating with guest speakers, catering, venue booking, and other event-specific needs.
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Create and edit presentations and other communications.
  • Manage and communicate corporate applications and compliance programs, such as Access Management, Vivo, Concur, Oracle, and other internal applications.
