Responsibilities

  • As an experienced Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, proactive support to our Directors.
  • You’ll help them stay organised and focused by managing priorities, diaries and meetings, handling communications and ensuring documents are accurate and well-presented.
  • This role provides critical executive support working closely with Director-level leaders, supporting them to manage their time, priorities, and responsibilities effectively.
  • You will play a key role in ensuring their day runs smoothly, managing complex diaries and coordinating across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You will build strong relationships and work closely with teams including Chief of Staff offices and EA’s across both IWR and CIO, Operations Manager and Company Secretariat (where relevant).
  • You will support the smooth running of our IWR CIO agenda and help the team deliver on strategic and operational priorities.
  • Where Directors sit on Boards, you will partner closely with Company Secretariat to ensure all governance requirements are met, including scheduling, coordination, and preparation of Board materials.
  • This is a varied and impactful role at the heart of Aviva’s leadership operations.
