Responsibilities

  • Providing general administration support, including day-to-day diary management, collaborative file management and formatting, invoice management, travel scheduling and booking, and expense claim management.
  • Small event & project management
  • Corporate secretarial support, which may include preparing minutes and filing with ASIC and working with other providers or reporting organisations
  • Coordinating across other internal cross-functional teams like finance and procurement and also external vendors
  • Supporting the legal team in maximizing digital tools or simplified processes which will streamline work practices in the legal department.
