Requirements

  • University degree (diploma or master’s degree with strong academic track record)
  • Fluent English is a must; additional languages are a plus

  • 5+ years of operational experience in Insurance, Finance background is a plus
  • Excellent analytic and conceptual skills; ability to frame issues, structure thinking, and find main messages and actions

Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with both Allianz SE Holding Board Member and the Business Division Team
  • Support the AZ SE Board Office, by taking own initiative and responsibility within given perimeter of tasks
  • Coordinate main priorities and strategic topics across OEs
  • Support in the preparation of AZ SE Board and Supervisory Board materials such as presentations, briefings etc.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and ad-hoc tasks, such as support in Business Analysis and M&As
  • Facilitate internal and external communication of SE Board member
  • Handle daily tasks and ad-hoc requests from external and internal stakeholders
