Responsibilities

  • Support assigned executives by maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports, managing contacts, and covering phones when needed.
  • Work with executives to produce meeting agendas, stakeholder presentations, status reports, and other updates.
  • Manage executive travel and expense reports when needed.
  • Work with VP, Production Shared Services and VP, Production Safety to align schedule and meetings to meet the strategic objectives of the department, determining best ways to manage team members and stakeholders across multiple locations.
