Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP, including, but not limited to, the following:
  • Maintain an organized business calendar and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and manage expense reports.
  • Handle departmental administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate staff meetings and group gatherings.
  • Maintain team contact lists and departmental documents.
  • Take notes during meetings and track action items.
  • Distribute relevant information internally to the team.
  • Assist with compiling and distributing press clippings.
  • Support the team during press events as needed (e.g., premieres, screenings, junkets).
  • Contribute to special projects as required.
