Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the CHRO's complex and demanding calendar, prioritizing appointments and meetings, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts. This includes managing international travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Handle a high volume of confidential communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Draft and edit communications on behalf of the CHRO.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa applications.
  • Expense Management: Process expense reports and reconcile statements.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking and distributing notes. For in-person meetings, responsibilities include room booking, catering arrangements, and participant communication.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives, as assigned by the CHRO. This may include data entry, research, and report preparation.
