Requirements

  • You have a university degree in an engineering or management discipline (Master / Diploma)
  • Furthermore, you longtime professional experience in sales, project management, innovation management, consulting, strategy, marketing/communications or business development.
  • Ideally, you have a background in the rail industry.
  • You are an analytical mind and thrive at structuring complex issues.
  • You are self-motivated and independent, with a drive to proactively advance initiatives.
  • Strong multitasking abilities (with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, even within tight timelines) make you our ideal candidate.
  • For this international role, fluency in English and willingness to travel (c. 30%) are mandatory. German skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • You will comprehensively support the CEO of our Region North East Europe in operational and strategic business issues and initiatives.
  • By doing that, you will independently manage complex special projects and initiatives, including those with a strategic focus, and take on ad hoc tasks assigned by the CEO of the North East Europe region.
  • You will create analyses and develop effective and sustainable solutions in partnership with your stakeholders (countries, regions and strategy departments).
  • You will identify optimization opportunities and support their implementation.
  • You will prepare, coordinate and moderate top-management meetings & workshops.
  • Moreover, you will foster internal communication within the regional organization and assist with strategic communication initiatives.
