The primary responsibilities include collaborating with the client and account manager, advising clients on evolution requests, estimating project loads, prioritizing requests, performing parameterization and testing, and proactively advising clients in their area of expertise.

Required skills include functional knowledge in payroll, familiarity with tools related to Zadig (such as ZPP test, PEZ, ACE, and PPC), and an understanding of time management and activity management would be a plus.
