Responsibilities

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le client et le responsable du compte
  • Connaitre et conseiller le client sur ses demandes d’évolutions
  • Estimer la charge liée au projet
  • Prioriser avec le client les demandes d’évolution et donner de la visibilité au client
  • Analyser les demandes du Client dans le respect du cadre contractuel
  • Réaliser le paramétrage et les tests; Faire valider les modifications au client dans le respect de SOC
  • Répondre aux besoins d’assistances du client
  • Suivre et mettre en place les maintenances légales
  • Conseiller nos Clients de manière proactive dans son domaine d’expertise.
