Requirements

  • Education: completed university degree in business administration or business law or a comparable subject
  • Experience and Knowledge: demonstrated knowledge of export controls; professional experience in the field of foreign trade; experience in ERP systems software; skilled and familiar with IT systems (Office, SAP etc.)
  • Personality and Working Practice: You are an assertive and reliable team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills including a cross functional team spirit and Compliance mindset; You have inter-cultural experience and a structured-, quality- and result-oriented way of working with analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Become part of our team as Export Control Compliance Manager with responsibility for compliance with global export control regulations and policies.
  • Also, you will be responsible for implementation and monitoring of the requirements for the Global Standards and Procedures within the area of responsibility.
  • You will be in charge for the consulting of all Export Control related questions in Germany and you will the responsible contact person for selected divisions.
  • Also you will manage internal & external audits.
  • Furthermore, you have an active role in monitoring of national export control law changes.
  • Finally, you will continuously monitor the business activities with special focus on circumvention and review and release of business models or individual transactions.
