  • Betreuung unserer Gäste in unserem Bricks Restaurant
  • Empfehlungen von Speisen und korrespondierenden Weinen
  • Unterstützung des F&B Supervisor
  • Vertretung in Abwesenheit des F&B Supervisor und Restaurant Managers
  • Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter und Auszubildenden
  • Umsetzung der vorgegebenen Standards
  • Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften
