Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Operations in developing and executing operational strategy, budgets, and investments.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Facilities Management.
  • Oversee all building maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Develop and manage the facilities maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist with space planning and allocation, office moves, and furniture/equipment inventory.
  • Identify and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
  • Supervise and train facilities staff, delegating tasks and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Analyze and optimize company travel policies, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and all relevant regulations for facilities management and events.
