Responsibilities

  • The core objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations of the organisation's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Ensure all planned, reactive and project works are undertaken in a fully compliant and efficient manner and to deliver service excellence in day-to-day operations and reporting.
  • Liaise with the FM lead/supervisor to support and develop the onsite team to enable them to excel in their roles.
  • To develop, implement and manage all PPM, corrective and reactive maintenance activities utilising the FM providers system.
  • Manage service providers who deliver facilities services, ensuring full compliance with all requirements.
  • Prepare budgets and manage financial performance of the FM contract.
  • Conduct regular site audits to ensure quality of FM services are being delivered to expected standards.
  • Ensure that project works are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality levels.
  • Liaison with and support of the Firm’s Environmental Health & Safety function and programmes.
  • Oversee operational support services including the Management of the retrieval, filing, destruction and maintenance of the firm’s filing processes.
  • Delivery the firm’s print, office supplies and associated services to the business.
  • Manage mail operations including the collection, delivery and routing of all internal and external post, office logistics and courier requirements.
  • Manage contracts and service level agreements for external service providers.
