Responsibilities

  • Product Training: Conduct product training for customers virtually or remotely, in their laboratories, or at another onsite training center on the accurate use and application of instruments and software.
  • Technical Presentations: Build and deliver presentations to highlight the capabilities and benefits of solutions for various applications. Communicate to diverse audiences.
  • Drive Partnership: Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to support strategic execution of the customer training process.
  • Scientific Support: Stay informed about the latest scientific literature, methodologies, and regulatory requirements Be trusted guide and increase customer happiness and dedication which lead to the overall success of the business. Provide scientific support and counsel to internal teams and customers and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Leadership: Independently prioritize and lead team projects and mentor junior colleagues. Act as a consultant for specific market segments of expertise. Potentially acts as a backup and deputy to lead calls or meetings on request.
