Responsibilities

  • - Analyse G&A Expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and budget redeployment
  • - Review contracts to ensure compliance and optimise terms
  • - Prepare management reports and insights, liaising with stakeholders to ensure accountability and collaborative business planning. Analyse results against budget, forecast, and prior year, and discuss variances with stakeholders
  • - Support month-end reporting by providing commentary and explanations for variances in the monthly financial pack
  • - Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective G&A cost control, challenging assumptions and providing financial insights
  • - Maintain relationships with US finance teams, offering insights and support as needed
  • - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial planning records in the planning system (Hyperion)
  • - Enhance commercial analytics on a consolidated basis, providing driver-based analysis and insights
  • - Support the EMEA strategy and operating plan through financial analysis and insights
  • - Maintain data integrity in financial systems (Hyperion) and manage data-related projects, playing a key role in the data management strategy
  • - Provide analysis and insights to support other commercial and operational areas
  • - Create clear and insightful presentations, confidently presenting to the senior leadership team
  • - Undertake ad-hoc projects and complete business cases, providing detailed analysis to support decision-making
