Responsibilities

  • Own our accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring invoices are raised, approved, and paid accurately and on time
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts, including support with accruals, prepayments, and revenue
  • Track and manage contract renewals across the business, keeping a clear schedule and proactively flagging upcoming deadlines
  • Liaise with teams across the business to gather information, resolve queries, and keep financial processes running smoothly
  • Use Xero and Moss to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, expense processing, and financial reporting
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the finance function, whether that’s streamlining processes, building automations, or exploring how AI can make us smarter and faster
