Requirements

A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline
A minimum Grade B (5/6) in Maths and English GCSEs
Great communication skills and the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with a diverse team of people
Positive attitude, resilient, determined and a great listener and communicator
To enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Be analytical and good with numbers with plenty of common sense
A full UK driving license as some travel may be required in this role between EVRi and client sites
The ability to solve problems and keep your finger on the pulse of what’s happening across our business

Responsibilities

A graduate scheme which combines on the job training with three exciting finance placements, working towards your CIMA qualification and structured to support your development! Our current graduates love our scheme – with 92% saying they would recommend the scheme to family and friends!
You’ll rotate around our Finance teams where you’ll work on business priorities and improvement projects. The structure of the scheme means you’ll get involved in different areas from accounting, commercial finance, business partnering, financial planning, analysis, and business intelligence
You’ll be hands on producing monthly and weekly management reports as well as carrying out a variety of other analysis and support work for the broader finance team and wider business
You’ll be nurtured as part of the EVRi Emerging Talent Development programme with a business mentor provided to support you on your journey with us. Alongside this you’ll have the support of a graduate “head of year” and mentors / buddies from across finance.
Inclusive graduate peer networking and communal development days to allow you to connect with fellow graduates.
As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll study for a level 7 CIMA qualification. We’ll support you by paying for your exam fees and giving you study leave where you’ll gain the skills and experience you need to enjoy a rewarding career as an accountant and beyond!
You will be based in our Head Office in Morley, however there will be a requirement to travel nationally on occasion
