The candidate must be eager to learn and develop skills in finance, able to apply technical knowledge from CIMA studies to solve business challenges, and be supported throughout the process.

The candidate will partake in a two-day induction, followed by working in one of Tesco's stores for the first six months to learn about store operations and how it relates to their role or project.
