Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree (Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or Sciences is beneficial but not essential).
  • Work experience ideally in finance & accounting (placement year is also beneficial but not essential)
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally and collaborating with your business partners.
  • Analytically minded and have an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Have an emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy and enjoy engaging with business partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Support various internal groups, by handling all headcount and operational metric forecasting across a variety of therapeutic areas.
  • Partner with clinical colleagues (Project Managers) ,and work with senior executives across the business.
  • Review & interpret monthly results (financial & operational) to identify, communicate and agree on necessary actions with operational teams, to achieve quarterly budget targets.
  • Supporting the rolling 12-month forecasts, to be submitted to Corporate Finance on a monthly basis (Submission must also include actions necessary to achieve budgets).
  • Development and preparation of the annual budget.
