Requirements

  • You hold a university degree in business administration or equivalent
  • You have 3-5 years expertise in Controlling (accounting, closing, tax) and are used to think end-to-end
  • You have a good tool-literacy (Office/SAP/BI-Solutions)
  • You have gained professional experiences in the finance area within IT
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to drive change
  • You like to work in teams and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders
  • You have an affinity to technology and IT and you are eager to learn things on the fly
  • You are fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

  • You support driving cost efficient and entrepreneurially minded decision-making and improve the productivity of the various stakeholders like Service-Managers in close collaboration with the IT Finance community.
  • You take over the commercial management of certain IT-Services:
  • You assist in the definition and maintenance of Siemens-internal value flows
  • You support in Budget and regular Forecast preparation
  • You will work on the preparation and presentation of management reporting to your stakeholders
  • You will be working on the invoice-management for providers
  • You are one contact for your stakeholders (internal customers, taxes, accounting)
  • You act like a co-pilot and strive for commercial optimizations
  • You support sustainable process automation and optimization of IT Controlling considering future challenges to decrease manual routine tasks amongst the community
  • You help strategic decision making by analyzing and connecting financial and non-financial data from different systems/across units
