Requirements

  • Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft (Schwerpunkt: Controlling, Accounting und Taxes)
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Finanzcontrolling mit Kontakt zu bzw. Verständnis für Immobilien
  • Kenntnisse in Abschlussprüfung, Finanzen oder Controlling
  • Kenntnisse in KAGB, KARB, HGB und IFRS
  • Erfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft und/oder Projektsteuerung
  • Vertrauter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse, VBA wünschenswert
  • Ausgezeichnetes Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksvermögen
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Englisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities

  • Erstellt / Überprüft periodische Berichte und Übersichten zum Finanz- und Rechnungswesen von regulierten Immobilienprodukten sowie zur Performance, Erstellung von fallweisen externen und internen Berichten
  • Koordination des Portfolio- und Assetplanungsprozesses, Erstellung der Planungsunterlagen einschließlich Kommentierung der Portfolio-Ergebnisse
  • Erstellung von Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen mit den verfügbaren IT-Instrumenten (einschließlich IFRS und Liquiditätsprognosen so weit zutreffend, Nachhalten der Transaktionsplanung)
  • Überwacht Lieferungen externer Dienstleister, insbesondere der Property Manager (PM), Bewerter, Corporate Manager (CM) und Fund Service Provider (inkl. Steuerung des Informationsflusses zwischen den Dienstleistern und Buchhaltungsteams, kritische Durchsicht von Finanzberichten, Einführung von standardisierten Berichtsvorlagen und Organisation von Berichtsleistungen wie Budgetierungsprozesse, Liquiditätsanforderungen und Forecasts) Überleitung der Ergebnisse in das globale IT-System
  • Koordination der lokalen Property Manager, inkl. Qualitätssicherung der Reporting Packages
  • Prüfung der Qualität der vom PM & CM gelieferten Daten hinsichtlich Pünktlichkeit, Vollständigkeit und Korrektheit (Sicherstellung, dass die Dienstleistungen effizient und effektiv erfüllt werden und Durchführung korrigierender Maßnahmen, falls erforderlich)
  • Datenverfügbarkeit im globalen IT-System
  • Durchführung eines guten und effizienten Risikocontrollings, das an den Risiko- und Compliance Zielen ausgerichtet ist
  • Begleitung von Prozessoptimierungen bzw. -implementierung
