  • Rapid self-directed learning to deeply understand Tilt, the market, and the CEO’s expectations and working style
  • Take full ownership of monthly investor updates
  • Dive deep into the current OS, data and team. Spot issues, build solutions.
  • Build, build, build. Automate and systematise as much as possible.
  • Help build investor relationships ahead of future raises
  • Shape strategies to increase external momentum and “buzz” around Tilt
  • Help ensure Tilt is consistently regarded as one of the most exciting consumer technology companies in the world
  • Launch new special projects (can be internal or external products)
