Responsibilities

  • Works proactively with the Business Partners to deliver actionable, meaningful, accurate and timely reporting, analysis, insights and plans
  • Provides in-depth business insights by forward-looking analyses, and by translating variances in financial and non-financial KPIs for Group, BG’s, BMCs and functions into actions
  • Participates in various x-Business Finance improvement projects. Actively contributes to realizing process improvements.
  • Build an internal network with Business, Market and Function Heads of Finance, other FP&A and Finance pillars, other functions and the E2E community
  • Model Philips Leadership competencies and Finance ways of working.
  • Coordinates standard reporting and analytics within the team and across all parties providing information to the team. Identifies and implements opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness of our reporting and analytics.
  • Understands systems and tools. Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems. Ensures use of harmonized analytics/ output within responsible business, thereby enabling a single source of truth. Provide guidance to financial and non-financial stakeholders on FP&A related matters and provide training on new reports, analytics, reporting/ planning instructions, tools, changes, etc.
