Responsibilities

  • Direct visitors to use the guest badging process and notify site contacts through Visitor Management System (VMS)
  • Respond to questions regarding events, interviews, and tours, and help direct people to their destination
  • Support with inquiries related to transportation programs to employees i.e., bike tags and rideshare vouchers
  • Work with our onsite security and janitorial teams to maintain overall lobby professionalism and cleanliness during Admin business hours
  • General administrative support for the Plant Operations and Workplace teams (e.g. procure material needed for general lobby and visitor support), as well as support during onsite projects and activities
  • Act as contingency for the Plant Operations Dispatch team when coverage is needed, responding to building repair requests
