  • You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

  • Assist with user research activities (surveys, interviews, usability studies, analytics reporting, pilot testing, etc.) to guide product design and ongoing improvements.
  • Deliver low-to-high fidelity prototypes as the project requires; ensure designs follow or evolve established patterns.
  • Write maintainable, scalable and accessible HTML, CSS, and JS.
  • Work with product development teams to solve complex UX challenges within technical constraints.
  • Leverage technical experience to communicate product needs to the development team; able to question/challenge development and QA resources to facilitate constructive brainstorming and solution design.
  • Deliver consistent, clear, and timely communication (both written and verbal) to project stakeholders.
