Responsibilities

  • Ensure the overall support operations are effective and efficient by aligning closely with the development and delivery team.
  • Manage and prioritize the work items within the specific pod’s Production Support backlog.
  • Leads business efforts during emergency situation calls.
  • Maintain ongoing communications with key stakeholders and ensures high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Regularly communicate updates from production support with leadership and practitioners as necessary.
  • Discuss impediments and issues with Platform Support Team (Technology Support and POD Senior PO’s).
  • Assist in resolving impediments related to the Production Support Team.
  • Collaborate with the Development team and DevOps to ensure effective usage of proactive monitoring practices in support.
  • Lead the Product Team in developing processes to address escalated issues (usually in the form of tickets) on various Omnia functionalities to meet the engagement team's business needs.
  • Develops and manages LSI/Blast radius/Health check/Analysis user stories.
  • Weigh the benefits of short-term (Data fixes) vs. long-term fixes(Code fix).
  • Provides guidance to the tech support team in drafting Knowledge Base (KB) articles.
  • Participate in end-to-end (E2E) testing of vNext versions of Omnia.
  • Responsible for carrying out deployments across the program.
  • Perform pre-deployment (stage) and post-deployment (production) validation.
  • Provide stage and production sign-offs following release deployments (22852 sign-offs).
  • Available to work for a few hours during deployment on weekends.
  • Collaborate with the automation team to design and monitor BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) and PAT (Platform Availability Testing) suites, ensuring platform readiness on a daily basis.
  • Facilitates ongoing collaborations with teams/groups/areas adjacent to the support process across different time zones.
