Responsibilities

  • Perform a broad range of administrative tasks and reception coverage to allow a client centered care service.
  • Have a knowledge of the structure awareness of the services provided by the Towards Independence Aand administrative processes of The Salvation Army, and an AOD Services.
  • Respond promptly to telephone enquiries and make calls in a professional and engaging manner. Provide information to callers regarding services suitable to their needs and transfer calls as necessary.
  • Action document preparation, spreadsheets, emails, web browsers and databases. Prepare and edit documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure effective working relationships with key staff, managers, and other stakeholders, as appropriate.
