  • Formation commerciale ou médicale de base, avec de préférence une formation continue dans le domaine des assurances sociales
  • Expérience professionnelle en tant que gestionnaire de sinistres dans les branches d'assurance LAA et indemnités journalières de maladie
  • Personnalité orientée vers la clientèle, fiable et capable de travailler en équipe
  • Français courant, une deuxième langue nationale est un atout

Responsibilities

  • Tu reçois par téléphone et par écrit les déclarations de sinistre de la branche accidents et indemnités journalières maladie
  • Tu gères les dommages corporels dus aux accidents et aux indemnités journalières en cas de maladie en fournissant un travail fiable et de haute qualité
  • Tu soutiens notre clientèle de manière proactive et adaptée à leur situation et, après un sinistre, tu entretiens les contacts avec eux par téléphone ou par écrit
  • Tu clarifies les faits avec plaisir, évalues les questions de couverture et décides de l'introduction de mesures immédiates
  • Tu aimes travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe et les services spécialisés internes
