Responsibilities

  • Support regional product innovation and renovation process for OLLY across Americas, Asia and European geographic clusters, from concept through to product launch in market.
  • Support Unilever stage gate process to vet feasibility and financial viability of all Projects, including P&L analysis.
  • Support New Market Product and artwork asset compliance - work closely with creative design, regulatory, R&D, and legal TM to ensure in country requirements.
  • Create short (12Q) and long-term innovation roadmaps, collaborating with global partners and cross-functional teams to expand the brand internationally.
  • Support Manager to define strategic innovation pillars and global white space opportunities to chase for OLLY current and future new markets.
  • Manage and track the global portfolio across markets - monitor product performance against sales targets and KPIs.
  • Support research and scoping for new market expansion projects and business cases.
  • Partner with Insights team and external agencies, to validate Brand proposition and Innovation concepts.
  • Analyse data from primary and secondary sources, trends, social media, and eCommerce to extract key insights.
