  • Assist in drafting debt investor marketing materials and other external deal processes including the drafting of offering memoranda / information memo, managing the rating agency process, and coordinating roadshow logistics and debt investor queries.
  • Participate actively in legal structuring and document review as part of live deal execution.
  • Work with syndicate desk on deal pricing and execution, including direct contact on diligence with investor base as part of deal marketing.
  • Help manage internal deal processes which include performing business, financial and legal diligence, and educating internal risk and control groups; act as a liaison with other groups within the firm.
  • Manage authoring and coordinating committee documents for both debt underwriting (loan and bond deals) and principal lending (relationship loans).
