Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for all US and global benefits inquiries
  • Project support; US RFPs, International benefits implementation
  • Preparation and support of ACA 1095-C filings and other compliance related tasks
  • Assist in documenting and analyzing benefit processes
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation and auditing for benefits and risk insurance
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Legal, HRBP, Payroll, HRIS)
  • Assist U.S. Benefits Analyst with managing leaves of absence and accommodations, working closely with current administrator
  • Help with Workday system testing and updates, review and approve benefit elections in Workday
  • Promote program awareness through creative communications to increase utilization
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and requests
