Requirements

  • Accomplished in the Adobe Creative Suite, JIRA or other task management tools
  • Previous experience working either in-house or in a creative agency
  • Have experience directing both stills and moving image shoots
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally
  • A sharp eye for detail and passion for delivering creative which raises the bar
  • Your portfolio should demonstrate conceptual thinking and show examples of ideas that communicate an effective creative solution that challenge and push

Responsibilities

  • Pitch concepts and develop ideas
  • Act as a brand consultant and guardian on various different projects across the business
  • Collaborate with teams across the global organisation
  • The ability to confidently and effectively direct shoots (both stills and video)
  • Have a clear understanding and have put in practice the entire creative process from pre to post production
  • Understand and push our creative guidelines to ensure a consistent look and feel across the brand
  • Strong experience and understanding of the retouching process, confident briefing internal and external parties - with the ability to oversee multiple tasks at once.
  • Support and develop members in the Global Creative Studio
