Requirements

  • Degree or MSc in Architectural Technology with ideally some work experience in a commercial property environment
  • Have excellent mathematical and technical skills, GCSE or equivalent grade A-C in mathematics, English and either Geography or a Science.
  • A good understanding of AutoCAD and basic commands.
  • Ability to use Google Sketch Up as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of MBS survey software preferable but not essential.
  • A full clean driving license and your own car is desirable.

  • The ideal candidate will have a professional and can-do attitude, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and be able to prioritise and multi-task. They will have excellent organisational abilities to be able to balance different tasks ensuring deadlines are met whilst maintaining highest levels of accuracy. They are required to be flexible and have the ability to work under pressure and importantly is passionate about the built environment. We welcome applicants with language skills and we would love to second people to go abroad or recruit nationals from Europe to do our UK training before relocating to one of the European offices.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the production of 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings.
  • Undertaking basic measured surveys and assisting on larger instructions.
  • Contract Drawings
  • Assist with preparation of RoL/DSO plots.
  • 3D Modelling
  • Attending site to undertake RoL/DSO based research information gathering, photographs etc.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Adherence to Health & Safety procedures.
  • Basic understanding of WIP, Debtors & Lock Up.
