Candidate must have a relevant RICS accredited degree, experience in the building and construction industry, excellent communication skills, ambition, willingness to learn, high-level diligence and organizational skills, and the desire to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.

The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation and planning, forecasting material costs, managing tenders, evaluating contracts, valuing construction work and arranging payments, providing financial advice, cost reporting, and preparing final accounts as a Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Ridge and Partners LLP.
