Responsibilities

  • Assist with transactional projects such as M&A, restructuring and refinancings
  • Assist with the compliance process for companies in formal insolvencies
  • Gather and assimilate detailed information to produce tax reviews
  • Prepare complex corporation tax returns for companies
  • Prepare advice on company reorganisations and restructuring transactions
  • Assist the senior team with business development and thought leadership
  • Gain an insight and work on complex tax controversy cases
